To all early birds! Please tell me how

All those who wake up early (6 or before) and tend to start their day earlier than it is required, how did it become a habit for you? What was your motivation and how did you instill the habit? Trying to make a habit of waking up early, so feel free to drop in any tips! Thanks :)
