Stressed out

My family recently has been hit with lot of health issues. Especially my younger who is just 31 years has undergone spine surgery a week ago. Everything looked fine until yesterday when he reported pain again. He is unable to sleep properly. All of us are so stressed that none of us were able to sleep the whole night. Can someone suggest a best Neurosurgeon please.
