Need some advice... Please help!!

So I am new to reddit and solely created this account to get some help and suggestions on what should I do. I am living in a rented flat and we rented a semi automatic washing machine from rentomojo a few months back. Somehow the top lid on the spin compartment that was initially attached to the machine is now broken at the joint and completely detached from the washing machine. Can someone who has also rented from rentomojo tell me what are the actions taken by rentomojo in any similar scenario. Not really sure if posting here is relevant but that's the only thing I could think of right now.
