Where can I buy fire crackers?

Going to lit them in my neighbours home cos they keep on fighting day and night & throwing all the stuff on each other. On this morning the wife threw a steel bowl on the husband, he dodged & the bowl came into our front door. This is it I can't tolerate them anymore.
