Lost and confused. Can anyone help or interact?

Hello everyone! This is my first post here. I have always had an attraction towards Hinduism (Maybe even Buddhism or Taoism, but mostly Buddhism) ever since i was a child and i heard of it. Now lately i feel the pull towards something like this even more. Trouble is i have a hard time believing in gods. All my life i struggled with depression and anxiety, also with chronic illness. Despite that i do think that maybe there is some higher being. I don't even know where to start. I feel lost and don't have someone to guide me or answer my questions. Where should i even begin, i feel overwhelmed.
