I'm kinda concerned

We are a lot of hatred against Hindus/Indians in general these days not just now there have been atrocities comitted against our people for a long time. I often find myself mourning our ancestors who were put to the sword merely because of their fath and I also spend a fair bit of time worrying about our eroding values and culture with all the running behind the Western "progressivism", how do we as a society and individuals come together to preserve our culture and heritage? and how do I cope with the immense tragedy of our past?
