Where is the real Money flowing in Gurgaon?

Where is the real Money flowing in Gurgaon? Hypothecially assuming, we have a corporate family annual income of ~85L. However, our jobs (finance & strategic ops), keeps us extremely busy, and we do not like the polluted air. Age: 32 years. Now expecting a new family member in July, and having ancestral cash in hand of ~5Cr. What are suggestions for a corporate exit and still making 100Cr, and living a peaceful life.
