Pre occupied flats in gurgaon

I (F24) want to move into a pre occupied flat preferably only females because it gets lonely to live alone in a 1rk. and I have been wondering how the concept of preoccupied spaces work??? Main concern being if one of us leaves then who is responsible to find a replacement?? What happens until then??? And it'd be nice if y'all could share about your experiences so I can prepare.
