I was living with my friend, but he moved out due to a job change. He will be moving out at the end of January. I am looking for a flatmate who can start staying from next month(FEB). A few things to note: -Non-smokers are preferred. -The building has, and housekeeping services (cooking and cleaning) provided by the guard’s wife for ₹6,000 (shared by two). -The house's location is great, but the immediate surrounding area is not very well-developed. -The flat is in excellent condition overall.
