Economic cat sterilization option

So Gurgaon folks, can anyone recommend any NGO or vet who can sterilize a female cat at economic rate? I'm ready to do post op care but if that can also be done at NGO, even better. It has to be in the Gurgaon. The family who wants their cat operated, can't afford to go to Noida or Delhi. Thanks in advance.
