In search of a flat / room in a preoccupied flat

Hi everyone.I (23 M) am looking for a room in a preoccupied flat from 1st April. My budget is around 15k-19k.Any location within 2-3 km of a metro line will work for me. I am a non-smoker and do not drink alcohol. I am quiet-natured and will mind my own work. Please help me out with this, as it has been constant headache for me for some time.Thanks.
