Some advice needed!

Is it advisable to go from North to South Goa (beaches and all) on a scooter or bike? I mean will it be too exhausting or can it be good to explore beaches and places on the way? Would it be a waste of time riding more and being at the actual locations less? Thank you in advance peeps!
