Moving to South Goa

I'm looking to move to a rather peaceful neighbourhood in South Goa(ideally beyond Agonda) I'd love for y'all to pour in your perspectives and suggestions. I'm not a tourist, nor am I looking for a 'touristy' space, but I'd prefer some connectivity to markets. Context about me - Mixed Goan, been living full time in North Goa for a few years now. I cannot bear the chaos anymore in this part of the state. The landscape is almost unrecognisable, too many cars, loud motorcycles, everything feels OTT including hostility from locals as well as tourists. I'm a quiet introverted individual in his 30s who just gets excited more about Fish Thali than anything else. I promise that I will uphold the sanctity of the neighbourhood.
