Lease Communidade land for agriculture

Hello all, Overseas Goemkar here who was born and raised abroad. I am thinking of moving to mozo gao. Does anybody know if they still lease out Communidade fields for people to cultivate? I am thinking of getting into agriculture. Borem Zaum
