Kadamba vs. Santa Cruz vs. Taleigao – Which is the Best for Long-Term

Hey everyone, Bothering you all again—thanks a lot for your patience and help! My wife and I are still looking for a 2BHK, and we recently checked out a decent flat in Adwalpalkar Sanctum (Santa Cruz) and Models Avalon (Taleigao). However, the ask is 33k and 35k respectively. On the other hand, I found a much bigger option in Kadamba (Casa Amora Phase 3) in 28K. I’d love to hear from the community—what are the pros and cons of Kadamba? How is the connectivity, daily convenience, and overall living experience compared to other areas? Appreciate your insights as always!
