URGENT CLASS 2 MEDICALS

Guys so I uploaded my class 2 initial on egg on 11th nov and I still haven’t received approval despite multiple emails and follow up can you tell me an effective way to get it approved as it’s been almost 2 months also as I live in Delhi I can go to the dgca cell but I’m not sure how that works can someone pls guide about that also it’s very urgent for me to get my class 1 done as soon as possible due to medical reasons that’s why I need class 2 urgently
