These salaries are actually peanuts Why Flight Instructor Pay Scale is so less (CPL training cost + Instructor Rating ) Then you get these 🥜 (3 Year Contract as well) I don't know what to say but this is horrifying It's worse then what I expected Imagine you spend almost 50-60 lakhs then getting this amount
