Whats the catch for 100% Schoolarship at Pilot Training Institute (PTI) Indore?

I recently heard about 100% Schoolarship for training for CPL including ground classes. They even claim to not ask for any penny even if you fail, all of this sounds too good to be true. Anyone who is doing training at this institute or has information about how good or bad this institute is?
