Try To understand
Lately, I’ve seen enough students asking about the conventional pathway, and the way they ask clearly shows they don’t understand how airlines work. Let me give you a real example. Some of my batchmates, who started their journey before me, just got hired in an airline in India. They trained in one of the worst flight schools with bare minimum fees. Still, after waiting for around two years, they got in. Two of them failed the written exam, one was out in the interview, but sooner or later, they all got inducted. ⚠️ Yes, you need to study hard, improve your skills, and be patient. If you don’t have the required skills, it will take even longer. Vacancies are a matter of luck, but you need to be polished enough that the moment a vacancy comes, you are ready to crack it. 🔴 About new opportunities. Airlines don’t create vacancies because they want to, it's a necessity for them. When they take aircraft deliveries, they have to prove to authorities that they have enough pilots to fly them. Few key points to remember 1) Sadly,People in Connection will be ahead of you in the line no matter what you do 2) Try not to cry as well because the question you guys put clearly shows you are just glorifying negative sides 3) Cadet program is not everything it has its own negative 4) Try to Make as much connection as you can 5) Don't be in bubble of delusions try to think practically Last Message From my side Always choose the hardest thing in your life never chase early success Thanks 🙏5
