How to register a new business with the Registrar of Companies in Delhi?
Step 1: Visit the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website: Go to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website at https://www.mca.gov.in.
Step 2: Obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): Apply and obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from a licensed Certifying Authority.
Step 3: Obtain a Director Identification Number (DIN): Apply for a Director Identification Number (DIN) for all the proposed directors of the company.
Step 4: Check for availability of company name: Check the availability of the desired company name using the MCA portal.
Step 5: Prepare the incorporation documents: Prepare the necessary incorporation documents, including the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA).
Step 6: File the incorporation form: File the incorporation form (eForm SPICe) along with the required documents on the MCA portal.
Step 7: Pay the registration fee: Pay the prescribed registration fee online.
Step 8: Certificate of Incorporation: After successful processing, you will receive the Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies.
