I got scammed by this Instagram page

So, I’m completely broke right now. It was my brother’s birthday… I ordered shoes, but they sent slippers instead. :) Even on COD (Cash on Delivery), I got cheated. Scammed for ₹2300. I’ve been crying for three days. They’ve blocked me now. please tell me what I should do. Honestly, I don’t even feel like posting about it because people will make fun of me here too. I can’t share this with anyone…I seriously need help. What should I do?
