Freebies Politics ruining economy

Freebies policies are ruining the economy of the country.Now Kejriwal has brought up a scheme giving 2000 rupees to women.I mean how much beneficial would be it for delhi instead utilising that money to built hospitals,flyovers,making roads potholes free and many more. Moreover India is not for middle class,neither gets benefitted from freebies nor from any govt policies.Middle class is just for extracting taxes
