Don't know how fair it is

I can't confirm if this is true, but I personally get 2-3 calls everyday literally intimidating aapke ghar ki bijli kat jyegi or electricity bills will skyrocket or water supply will be cut or aapke baccho ke school band kr denge bjp waale and I thought they can't stoop down below bribing for votes (freebies, ofcourse all parties are doing that)
