India/Delhi appreciation post.

TLDR; Needed medicine in the middle of night and the pharmacy guy opened his shop for me.

Today, I desperately needed some medicine at 11 PM and I called the pharmacy guy near my house and he said he will arrange the medicine for me (he understood the urgency). He said the shop closes at 10 but he lives above the shop and he will have it arranged for us.

I got the medicine in 10-15 minutes.

Now for many people who live in Delhi/India, this might not be a big deal but for me this was HUGE! I live abroad and there is no way in hell I would have been able to get this medicine so quickly, especially because it was my mistake that I didn’t get it on time. I often see posts about people wanting to leave India for abroad but THIS is something you will never get abroad. Sorry, but this has blown my mind and I just wanted to share my appreciation for this country! Thanks for reading.
