A food darzee review

I started a food Darzee subscription mid December last year. They sent well balanced meals during the trial it after that there was a marked decline in quality and they once sent me the exact same meal four times in a row They also started using more cream and mayo in their food and a lot do the times the food was absolutely inedible so after multiple feedback texts I decided to cancel my subscription. They agreed to refund me a prorated amount and I got less than half the money due to me Since then I keep following up with the team and they have literally been ghosting me! Their customer service number also doesn’t work (proof in screenshots) Save yourself the hassle and do not try this service!
