Need help in setting up a cloud kitchen !!

Is there anyone from Dehradun who runs a cloud kitchen. My mother wants to open a cloud kitchen and I really don't know have any knowledge in this field. If you somebody could guide me it would be a great help. Any suggestion is appreciated!!
