Guys help me out here, dog matter!

So I’ve been raising a beagle and pitbull for the past 3 years. Now that I moved out of city for college there’s no one to take proper care of them. They have been vaccinated upto date but not neutralised. I don’t know where I can put them up for adoption. I’ve tried reaching out to humane animal society but they won’t take unless they’re neutralised. Let me know people, where can I put them up for adoption. Also if anyone is ready to take care of them like genuinely I’m ready to give them for free. I just want them to live a good life. 🥹🥹
