On a losing streak

Has anyone faced a situation like this. My blitz rating on Chess.com was around 1450, and my rapid rating was 1581. For about a week, I was winning continuously, even beating players above 1600 in blitz. But suddenly, since yesterday, I'm on a losing streak in both formats. I even lost and drew a game against a 900-rated player (my friend). How is this possible!? This is so depressing
