Really bad experience with EatSure Felt super hungry, desperately wanted to eat pizzas in this chill climate. Headed to EatSure, ordered a pizza combo. Their audacity - showed 50 minutes delivery time. Waited patiently for 50 minutes - semma pasi. 51 minutes went by, no sign of order. And the Eatsure app showed : "Arriving early at 6:05" while it was 6:30 in the evening. I desperately called the delivery partner, who said he hasn't picked up the order at all even after one hour, and he calmly says he will pick it up... 4 0 replies
