New Year celebs!

Do you know any must-visit places in Chennai to celebrate New Year’s that are budget-friendly? It could be a pub or a social gathering spot, but it needs to be super cheap since I’m broke, and I doubt I’ll get paid before the 31st. If you know of any pubs near Sholinganallur that stay open till 1 a.m., that would work too. Also, what are your plans for New Year’s?
