Thinking of getting an electric bicycle. Is it worth the money??

Hi. I commute daily for about 4 kms and then use public transport everyday. Using a traditional cycle for that. I'm thinking of switching to a e-bicycle for that with a budget of 25k. What options do I have?? People who own one would u suggest me to go for it? Please elaborate on the servicing costs too. Thanks in advance!
