2 decades for the Indian Ocean Tsunami

Recently, I had watched this Tsunami documentary in Hotstar but, it only shown the countries like Indonesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka but not India. If anyone do remember what's happened on that day, please share your own experiences here. I just wanna know how badly Chennai or parts of TN was affected.
