Lost ₹1000 to PNB atm fault.
Hi folks, 2 months ago I tried to withdraw ₹1000 from PNB atm in mogappair using Kotak debit card. Machine said transaction failed screen, no receipt, no SMS, no further dialogue so I left the atm. When I checked the transaction history it displayed that I withdrew ₹1000 from ATM. I raised complaint to Kotak that transaction failed and they checked with PNB and said they have no evidence that they didn't face failed transaction. How to raise complaint to RBI? on whom should I raise complaint against Kotak or PNB? I don't know how many people have lost their hard earned money due to technical issues.
