Gyms in and around Kodambakkam

Can someone who stays in and around Kodambakkam recommend a decent gym? Would like to know about the pricing details for gym subscription/trainer. I (27M) am 5'7 (84Kgs), have never touched a dumbell in my life. Have avoided gyms all my life because I've been embarassed about my body, and was worried about being looked down upon for not having the stamina expected of MEN. Can really use tips from those who started their fitness journeys from where I have. Any and all inputs appreciated.
