Where can i buy second hand digital camera in Chandigarh?

I tried OLX but couldn't find a lot of options, and whatever i found the seller didn't reply. I need the old sort of digital cameras like the 2010s or around that time period. And is it possible to get them for below 3k rs? Any shops/thrift/website. Anything?
