BSNL VoLTE working in Chandigarh?

Can anyone confirm if you have BSNL sim working in Chandigarh with VoLTE feature working? If yes, then please help me understand if the feature worked automatically or did you enable it from local phone setting or remotely enabled by BSNL CSC?
