Any event management company

Im a little fascinated for like event planning and management. I like the way they do that and manage all things under one place and I want to work with them. I want to learn and also like we are all seeing concerts and shows going on all over the country so there must be tons of companies and agencies managing all of them, how to find them and can we work with them on weekends? As part time because most of the events are on weekends!!
