Looking to start a book club.
Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I love reading and I have loved it since I was 10. But, with the constant grind of life, it has taken a back seat. Therefore, I am thinking to start a small book club with like minded individuals. What am I thinking of: 1. Meeting once a month to discuss the book of the month in a new or old cafe that we would all like. 2. Maybe visiting book fairs together? I would have loved the company of similar minded individuals for the world book fair that just took place. 3. Watching dramas from book adaptations is also something we can do. Maybe I also just looking for an intimate friend circle where I can talk about books to my heart’s content. 😅 (also, I am very open to suggestions on what else can be done) Anyway these are the precursors that I am looking for incase anyone is interested: 1. The individual must be between 25-32 years of age. When it comes to like-mindedness and priorities, age is a huge factor. 2. I read everything but self-help books, so while this club will be very inclusive for everything, it shall be discriminatory for that particular genre. 🥸 3. Living within the Tricity is encouraged, because we will be meeting in person to discuss our thoughts on the book. 4. The group would be limited to 5-10 regular members. That’s it for my side folks! Looking for nerdy women and nerdy men (if interested) to hopefully build something for long term. So, DM me or comment below if interested. (I will be asking for your age and name to confirm it matches the group requirements, so please be aware of that before messaging me.) Please be warned though- the age bracket is defined because there will no ‘bakchodi’ etc in the group. Looking for millennials like myself and that is the only thing I would not be willing to compromise on. Thank you. And let me know if you have any questions.5
