How do I handle this situation?

I was out of town since 10 days and when i came back and looked at my car there was paint/cement leakage all over it. When I touch it, it feels like you’re trying to remove glue residue off the glass. Removing it from glass is easy, i can do it with soapy water and with my fingers. However it’s not going off of the paint. I have PPF installed on the car. I’ve also raised a formal complaint to the society regarding this. Going to take the car to the showroom to see what they have to say about this. PS: The first picture is before cleaning the car, and the rest are after cleaning. Edit: After speaking with the cleaning staff, we got to know that it’s the water soaked in concrete/cement to cure it on the floor above. Since there was leakage it trickled down and fell on the car. Should I try to clean it myself (if yes, how to?), contact showroom and hold society responsible?, or anything else?
