Help in buying first car - Pre owned

Me and my family have been trying to find and buy a car. We have two options now and I would like for you to give your opinion as I don't have much info on this and all cars are suggested by my dad. We need a family car(bigger the better). Now there are two options 1. Innova 2009 2.5 8 str BS-IV Manual Kms- 166800km. The car is in good condition and Diesel variant . Asking price is ₹7,00,000 (negotiable). Services car only in Toyota authorised service center.No accident record. And the owner quotes they spent 4 lakhs + in renovating the car in new via Toyota authorised showroom itself. You can see in Toyota records. 2. Renault duster 2016 diesel 4WD Kms driven - 32000km The car is in good condition with good interior maintainance but some dents (3-4 small ones ) in back of car. Price quotes - 6Lakhs Requirement: need a car in which my parents can sit comfortably in the back. Car must be dog friendly. It will be used for short spins in city for 1-2 times a week for 20kms. Monthly once on highways for 1000kms. I need the car to be drive without issue for another 1 lakh kms atleast. What will be a fair price for the above cars?
