Car is screwed

Gave mey nephew my car for going to the mall, and rhis is what he did, thankfully there is no damage on the body but the rims and tyres on the right side are completely destroyed also the front axle is bent , back one isncompletely fine, insurance is not covering the tyre and rims but they are ok with getting other issues that arose from this fixed, should I fight them? For context this is the new Verna and the rims and tyres alone are going to cost me 40k.
