Dodged a scam car seller

So I had booked this vehicle from my local dealer, he was claiming it to be 39k driven, but when I found its service history it has completed 126k km in 2021, I have just paid 5k for booking but if I hadn't proceeded with the service history I would have been scammed hard, also can I get my 5k back from them? I have just messaged them now let's how they will respond.
