Trying to find this bollywood movie

I cant remember a lot because i was a young teen, but i can vaguely remember that it was about a woman who got into a car accident with her fiance/husband. He dies, she got amnesia and the one who caused the accident volunteered to take care of her and she then fell in love with him i think. I watched it in early 2000s iirc
