Noticed this amazing detail in Shyam Benegal’s movies

I watched Welcome to Sajjanpur (2008) last month, and today I got around to Suraj Ka Satvan Ghora (1993). Both films were directed by the legendary Shyam Benegal. What stood out to me was the reprise of Lalit Tiwari’s character of an injured army officer, in SKSG, who makes an appearance again in WTS. My mind is blown by how Shyam Benegal brought these characters back to life with such finesse!
