Help me find a movie

So I watched a movie (i guess nearly 20 years ago) i only remember a song in which female lead seduced a male actor ( not her husband) in a steamy candle dance in which she drops wax drops on that actor. At last she layed him on her bed and they have fun but suddenly....... A cameraman ( I'm not sure but I remember this was Shakti Kapoor ) came out of nowhere with camera in his hand and start talking. And the girl revealed that she is doing it for her husband's sake.
