the same old mentality still going on in bihar

a little about myself: i was living in punjab, with my family since my birth, studied in good school and university (CSE). And due to bad job market i decided to return back to bihar and start with some business. I have done multiple internships in clg, and also got fulltime offers but everytime i left due to low salary and currently grabbing a swe job with good package has become extremely hard. anaways, i returned to my village and discussed with some people that i will start with some business, but sadly majority of them are like "log bihar se baahar bhaagte hai and tum baahar se bihar aa rahe ho" i am getting demotivated now. they're thinking I'm fool. what do you guys think, should i get back to job search or start my own business here in bihar?
