Looking for people in the age group of 19/20

How can I meet new people in Patna in the age group of 19-20. I have about six months before I join college and I have very few friends as I got disconnected with them due to JEE which is done now. I wanted to meet and interact with some new people as It may help me expand my perspective and also may help me to boost my lost confidence.
