Tunnel Road DPR Scam

There is now proper proof that this nonsense tunnel project is an absolute scam. They don't just want to ruin our groundwater - they also want to burn our money! I mean we all knew this, but now there's a paper trail! How many buses/footpaths could that 10cr have bought? Is there not one competent politician in the city that can sink this useless project?
