My college has CCTV camera in boys' washroom.

Yes, you read that correctly. There is a CCTV camera installed in the boys' washroom, positioned at the upper end of the space, allowing it to clearly capture most activities. However, private areas are not visible due to the urinal dividers obstructing the view. I am a student of *** ********* ** ********** affiliated with Bangalore University. It is a very strict college with a lot of rules (don't talk to girls, don't walk in groups, parents need to inform prior before being absent, PTMs, minimum of 90+ attendance or you will receive notice blah blah blah) with severe consequences (they don't take the rules slightly, even a single rule is broken you will get a hours worth of lecture from the principal). I don't really mind the rules but the camera in washroom is what bothers me, it is placed to reduce crowd gathering and other activities (you know what happens in boys' washroom) but it's still uncomfortable to use the washroom. So is it ok to violate Right to Privacy in order ensure displine. I am uncertain whether I should report this matter to the concerned authorities. So what should I do?
