Got Humiliated by a mobile shopkeeper

So today one of my friend wanted to put a tempered glass on her phone and we all went to the mobile shop in meenakshi mall Bannerghatta. Afterwards, we all gave our phone to this guy for cleaning and the guy just looked at my mobile and termed the tempered glass as "roadside" and of cheap quality. I didn't quite understand what he meant at first but later onwards started laughing along with my friends as well. Ngl i actually bit teared up returning from the mall and also at the fact that my friends joined him too at laughing though they consoled me afterwards. Idk where those these people get the audacity to humiliate their customers like that ? It's insane
